“I took bacon, about 6 strips and fried it up.  Ate the bacon and took the warm, not hot, bacon grease and poured it into 3 cups of bourbon (Jim Beam).  I let it sit on the counter for an hour to cool and separate then put it in the refrigerator.  The next day I removed the hardened grease from the top of the bourbon.  I then took a rocks glass with some big ice cubes (4 cubes) and drizzled them with some pure maple syrup.  I then poured a couple shots of the bacon infused bourbon over the cubes.  Great after dinner drink.”
